The Gift allowed Viper himself or others to phase through solid matter.

Weaknesses
Although the user can phase through solid matter they couldn't phase through living creatures.
The user can only phase through a single object at a time. However, this is determined by the user's perspective rather than the real number of objects (such as one attack or one shot from a gun). So, if the user perceives a single object as many different ones, they cannot activate the Gift.
Viper
Viper used the Gift to phase through walls and to ascend to higher floors in buildings. Using this Gift, he could pass through bullets which were used to harm opponents when teamed up with Chaos.
